6v999 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations as a Player

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 6v999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://6v999.io. 2 Eligibility and Age Verification

3 Account Registration and Management

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one 6v999 account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being permanently closed, with any balances subject to forfeiture.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not use a false name, fictitious identity, or another person's personal details at any point during registration or subsequent account management. 6v999 reserves the right to verify the information you provide at any time, and to suspend or close your account if the information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 6v999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 6v999 support immediately.

6v999 reserves the right to perform Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on any account at any time, including requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC checks within the timeframe specified by 6v999 may be restricted from making withdrawals until the process is completed satisfactorily.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All deposits and withdrawals on 6v999 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are stated within the account dashboard and may be updated periodically. 6v999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 6v999 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or engage in gameplay.
• Collusion with other players to influence game outcomes or exploit game mechanics.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

6v999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; failure to complete identity verification within the specified period; suspicious account activity; evidence of fraud or money laundering; regulatory or compliance requirements; or at 6v999's sole discretion for legitimate operational reasons.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account holder will be notified via the email address registered to the account. During the suspension period, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place bets. 6v999 aims to complete account investigations within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome to the player upon completion.

Players who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting 6v999 support via live chat. A voluntary account closure request will be processed within one business day. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 6v999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Privacy, Data Protection, and Communications

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the Privacy Policy at any time via the footer link on any page of the Platform.

By registering an account on 6v999, you consent to receiving service-related communications (including account verification, transaction confirmations, and security alerts) via the email address and contact number provided at registration. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting 6v999 support or by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in marketing emails. Service-related communications cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.

12 Amendments to These Terms

6v999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

13 Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are written in English and the English language version shall be the authoritative and binding version. Any translation of these Terms provided for the convenience of players is non-binding and shall not be used to interpret or construe any provision of the Terms.

In the event of a dispute between you and 6v999, you should in the first instance contact 6v999 support via live chat or by email at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the matter informally. 6v999 is committed to resolving player complaints promptly, fairly, and in good faith. The majority of disputes can be resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process described above, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. 6v999's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility determinations, and account security investigations are made on the basis of the server-side data recorded by 6v999's systems, which shall be treated as the definitive record in the absence of clear evidence to the contrary.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of fair dealing and good faith as recognised in international commercial practice. Nothing in this clause is intended to deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your jurisdiction.
